Easily grown in average, dry to medium, well-drained soil in part shade to full shade. Thrives in shade and tolerates dry conditions. Good air circulation and some morning sun help reduce incidence diseases. Listed as a threatened species in Canada by SARA (Species at Risk Act).

Height: Up to 3 feet tall

Water Requirements: Dry, well drained soils

Flowers: White flowers with yellowish-red to purple centers. Blooms August – October
