Bayberry

Bayberry produces blue-grey berries which are loved by many birds. The fruits are covered with an aromatic, waxy substance which is used to make bayberry candles, soaps and sealing wax. Plant more than one for best fruiting. Nitrogen fixing plant.

Water Requirements: Very adaptable. Dry to wet soils.

Flowers: Simple yellow flowers in May
