White Beardtongue / Foxglove Beardtongue

This lovely plant of dry Ontario grasslands produces spikes of white blossoms in June. As autumn approaches, the leaves become an attractive pinkish-red. Hummingbirds are attracted to the tubular flowers.

Height: 1-4 feet

Sun Requirements: Full sun to part shade

Water Requirements: Adaptable. Dry to moist well drained soils

Flowers: Spikes of white flowers May to July

Attracts: Hummingbirds, butterflies
