Meadowsweet

Meadowsweet is a common native shrub of damp places. It usually grows no taller than 3-4’, and has beautiful white flower plumes in mid-summer. This shrub helps to control shoreline erosion, and can grow in full sun or part shade. An excellent choice where low-growing vegetation is desirable along a shoreline.
