Trees 4 Peterborough Community Tree Planting Event
Help grow Peterborough’s urban forest!
Join the City of Peterborough and community volunteers at Heritage Park for the Trees 4 Peterborough Community Tree Planting Event. Together, volunteers will plant approximately 500 native trees along Riverview Creek, helping to expand tree cover and create valuable habitat within the city.
GreenUP is pleased to partner with the City of Peterborough on this community planting, with support from the RBC foundation. Through Trees 4 Peterborough, these collaborative planting efforts are helping to strengthen Peterborough’s urban forest and build a greener, more resilient community.
This event is organized by the City of Peterborough. For more information about the initiative and details on how to participate, click here.
